One. Giant. Mindfuck. 60-70 days inside, leaving the house in post-apocolytic garb, nothing normal seemingly ever again...Prior to this, I had spent almost a decade of this life, in New York City, running from stillness. I can tell you there is no peace in distraction, only a contrived sense of control.

We all experienced something a little different during the lockdown. I reached out to an incredible photographer, Maricela Corona, who also happens to be my mother, to see what it looked like through her eyes. The result was a dual exhibition which ran for one week called Stuck Inside held at Bailey's Cafe in Brooklyn. Below is a book that brings the experience to you at home.
